Can Schengen health insurance be adjusted to the new validity period if the approved visa dates change?

Did you take out Schengen health insurance for your visa application, and the period of your approved Schengen visa has now changed? In this case, we can adapt your insurance coverage to the new travel dates in Europe and rebook it to match your approved visa.

In order for us to adjust your Schengen health insurance to a new coverage period, please provide the following information:

• The policy number of your current Schengen health insurance.
• The new period of stay: date of entry into Europe and the duration of your stay until departure from Europe.

You will then receive a new insurance confirmation for the updated period. If the new coverage period is shorter than originally booked, the excess premium paid will be refunded. If the new period is longer, you will be charged an additional premium for the extended duration of validity.
